WAVS have hands-on experience in project managing multiple jobs throughout Ireland and abroad.
Once taking on a project, WAVS will carry it through from pre sales to system sign off. Our assigned project manager will be responsible for all team scheduling, customer communication, and project coordination.
The project manager is responsible for supporting the team and clients needs, sharing expertise, and delivering the best in-class solutions, while focusing on the financial bottom line.
Sub-Contracting:
WAVS provides sub-contracting services to the retail, education, hospitality, leisure and commercial sectors. Our services include all aspects of AV installation from 1st fix through to project completion.
